
Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to (play basketball / swim / run / walk…) because it’s good for your (heart / legs / arms…). Other people like to stay healthy by eating healthy foods, such as vegetables and vitamins.
To stay healthy, I like to play volleyball and I like to eat a lot of vegetables . However, I also think it’s important to do other exercises and eat other food. For example, I sometimes like to go hiking because I can look at the scenery and it makes me feel happy.
Furthermore, I also like to eat vitamin because it’s convenient . I also think that people should not eat/drink too much sugar because it is not good for you.
Finally, I also think it is important to relax and have fun. In order to relax, I like to play volleyball and hiking .For fun, I like to watch movies and listen music.
